Richa Ghosh is an Indian cricketer. She was born on September 28, 2003 in Siliguri, West Bengal. Richa is a right-handed batter and right-arm medium bowler. Sometimes She also serves as a wicketkeeper.
She was nominated to India’s squad for the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup at the age of 16 in January 2020. Later that month she was picked to India’s squad for the 2020 Australia Women’s Tri-Nation Series. She made her WT20I debut for India against Australia in the tri-series final on February 12, 2020.
She made her Women’s Test debut for India against Australia on December 21, 2023. She has played for Bengal, Trailblazers, Hobart Hurricanes, Royal Challengers Bangalore and London Spirit in both domestic and franchise cricket. In May 2021, she was awarded a central contract for the first time.
